Designed to withstand 6–10" annual precipitation and alkaline soils, this mix is ideal for large-acre wildlife projects, grazing-adjacent habitat, and reclamation sites where cover and forage must persist without irrigation.

Installer Notes:

Seeding Rate: Target 5–8 PLS lbs/acre depending on weed pressure

Seedbed: Firm, weed-free, roughened surface – remove invasives before seeding

Seeding Timing: Fall dormant or very early spring

After-care: One-time weed mow in year one; avoid grazing until stands fully establish
