Best Time to Plant
Dormant fall seeding (October–December) or early spring planting.

Installation Notes

  • Drill seed at ⅛–¼ inch depth or broadcast onto a firm seedbed followed by cultipacking
  • Existing vegetation should be terminated with two herbicide applications prior to planting
  • Mow to 8–10 inches during the establishment year if weed competition exceeds 12–14 inches tall
