How it performs:
Built to out-compete annual grass pressure, establish under low-rainfall stress, and improve soil & habitat function over time. Expect a slow-establishing, long-lived stand where perennial bunchgrasses form the backbone for upland gamebirds, mule deer, pronghorn, and sage-steppe songbirds.

Installer Notes

  • Seed in fall (Sept–Dec) for best establishment;
