This mix is designed to meet the "Southern Michigan Pheasant and Monarch Recovery CRP SAFE" program requirements for the CP42 pollinator habitat practice. It includes 7 species of native grass at 2.05 #s/ac (41%), 23 species of native forbs totaling 2.19#s/ac (59%) for a total of 33.71 seeds per square foot. 17 species are rated high or very high for monarchs comprising 79.25% of the wildflower seeds, with 2 milkweed species comprising 1% of wildflower seeds and includes multiple species per bloom period. No one forb species is greater than 15% of the mix by weight or exceeds 6 seeds/ft2. The total PLS seeding rate is 4.24 lbs per acre. Updated 1/5/2026
